Returns & Warranty Policy

We want you to love what you bought from New Vision Auto Body & Accessories. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. This page covers our return window, how returns work, warranty coverage, and what to do if a product is damaged in shipping.



Return Window

  • Most products may be returned within [30] days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, with all hardware, instructions, and tags.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.



Non-Returnable Items

To protect all of our customers, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items that have been installed, mounted, painted, cut, drilled, or modified in any way.
  • Special-order, made-to-order, or custom-painted items (for example, color-matched bumpers, custom wheels, or custom wraps).
  • Electrical items with broken seals or tamper-evident packaging removed.
  • Window film, PPF, and other roll goods that have been cut or unrolled.
  • Gift cards and clearance / final-sale items.



How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at (307) 363-4220 or [STORE EMAIL] with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos help a lot.
  2. We'll email you a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return shipping address.
  3. Pack the item securely (the original box if possible) and write the RA number clearly on the outside.
  4. Ship the item back using a tracked, insured carrier. Keep the tracking number until your refund is processed.



Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within [5–10] business days after we receive and inspect the return.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of our error or defective product.
  • A restocking fee of up to [15%] may apply to large items (wheels, bumpers, tonneau covers, freight items) or to items returned outside the original return window.



Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item for a different size, color, or fitment is to return the original and place a new order. If you'd like help choosing the right replacement, call us at (307) 363-4220 before you return.



Damaged in Shipping

Inspect your package at delivery, especially for freight items (wheels, bumpers, ladder racks, large bed accessories). If the box looks crushed, punctured, or wet:

  • Note the damage on the delivery slip before signing for the freight.
  • Take clear photos of the box and the product before unpacking further.
  • Contact us within [3] business days of delivery so we can file a carrier claim and get a replacement to you quickly.



Wrong or Missing Items

If you received the wrong item or your order is missing pieces, contact us within [7] days of delivery. We'll send a corrected shipment and arrange a return for any wrong items at our cost.



Manufacturer Warranties

Most products we sell are covered by a manufacturer warranty. Warranty length, coverage, and claim process vary by brand. Common examples:

  • Lifetime warranty on many bumpers, grille guards, and replacement body panels.
  • Multi-year warranties on tonneau covers, running boards, and bed liners.
  • Manufacturer-specific warranties on stereos, amplifiers, lighting, and remote start systems.
  • Limited lifetime warranty on Suntek PPF and select window films when installed by our shop.

If your product fails within its warranty period, contact us at (307) 363-4220 or [STORE EMAIL] and we'll help you file a claim. Some manufacturers prefer the customer file directly — we'll point you in the right direction either way.



Installation Warranties

Work performed in our Gillette shop carries a workmanship warranty as follows:

  • Paint and body work: [12] months on labor.
  • Window tint / PPF: lifetime against bubbling, peeling, and color change — for as long as you own the vehicle.
  • Accessory installation: [90] days on labor.

Workmanship warranties cover the labor side of the job. The parts themselves are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. Damage from accidents, abuse, off-road use beyond design limits, or modifications by third parties is not covered.
