Shipping Information

We ship most accessories anywhere in the continental United States from our partners and from our shop in Gillette, WY. Below is what you can expect for processing times, carriers, costs, and freight items.



Processing Time

  • In-stock orders placed before [12:00 PM MT] on a business day usually ship the same or next business day.
  • Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.
  • Special-order and custom items may take additional time before they ship. We'll show estimated lead times on the product page and confirm them in your order email.



Carriers We Use

  • UPS (Ground, 2-Day, Next Day Air)
  • FedEx (Ground, Express)
  • USPS (Priority for small items)
  • LTL Freight — for oversized items such as bumpers, wheels & tires, tonneau covers, ladder racks, and bed slides. Carrier is selected based on destination.



Estimated Transit Times

Transit times shown at checkout are estimates from the carrier and start once your order has shipped, not when it's placed. They are business days only.

  • Ground (small parcel): [1–7] business days, depending on destination.
  • 2-Day / Next-Day Air: [1–2] business days after shipment.
  • LTL Freight: [3–10] business days, plus scheduling for delivery appointment.



Shipping Costs

  • Real-time rates from UPS, FedEx, and USPS are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • Freight items show a freight rate at checkout or, for some oversized items, we'll contact you with a quote after the order is placed and before we ship.
  • Free shipping promotions apply to orders shipping to the continental U.S. and may exclude oversized / freight items. See the promotion details for exclusions.



Shipping Destinations

  • Continental U.S. (lower 48): Yes.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories: [YES / NO — CONFIRM] . Additional charges may apply.

Order Tracking

  • You'll get a shipment confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
  • Log into your account at any time to see the current status of your orders.
  • For freight orders, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.



Receiving a Freight Delivery

Freight deliveries are different from a normal package — please read this before you accept the shipment:

  • Most freight is curbside-only. The driver is not required to bring the item into a garage or up a driveway.
  • A liftgate may be needed. If you don't have a forklift on site, select "liftgate" at checkout or call us so we can request one.
  • Inspect the box(es) for damage before signing. If you see crushing, punctures, or torn shrink wrap, note "damaged" on the delivery receipt.
  • If you find concealed damage after opening, contact us within [3] business days so we can file a claim.



Local Pickup

Skip shipping by choosing pickup at our Gillette shop at checkout. We'll email when your order is ready. Bring your order number and a photo ID.



Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Need to change a shipping address, add a part, or cancel an order? Call us at (307) 363-4220 as soon as possible. Once an order has been packed or shipped, we may not be able to change it.
  • Refused or undeliverable packages may incur return shipping costs and a restocking fee.
